Poetry

I use poetry to work out feelings, as I assume most people do. Occasionally you will find me just throwing in a random poem.

Masks

Masks
we all wear them
hiding
lying to preserve the reality
hers, his sanity

creative
we have to be
trading
secrets to lead you away
his, her truth

You need to live his peace
You need to live her peace
I need you to live my peace
We poison each other
enchanting us with our words
I will push my truth on you
as your double-edged tongue stings me
black magic
just to preserve
our
masks.

Role Model/Death Model

Formed
my opinion
my love
for you

Entangled
my emotions
my acceptance
from you

A rose
you resemble
very pleasing
my eye

Your thorns
true nature
love hurts
your love (your lies?)

Contempt
for me
your anger
but why?

Enough
for you
my obedience
was not.
